Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on December 26 morning inspected preparations and attended a full rehearsal for the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, during which he underscored the importance of ensuring the event is organised in a dignified, inspiring and highly impactful manner.

The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress is set to convene in Ha Noi on December 26–27, drawing 198 guests and 2,025 official delegates organised into 105 delegations.

Thoroughly preparing for the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress are among the focal tasks of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) this month as assigned by Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra on December 4.

The Vietnamese banking sector must deepen innovation, accompany businesses and citizens, demonstrate flexibility, and contribute to rapid and sustainable development so that its benefits are widely shared, said PM Pham Minh Chinh.

The organisation of the upcoming 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, to be celebrated with various cultural and artistic performances, must be distinctive, inspiring, and filled with national pride, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has said.
