On the morning of September 2, at the same time as the military parade marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day in the capital Ha Noi, the Navy held a parade of armed forces at sea in the waters of Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province.

Officers and sailors of frigate 016-Quang Trung and a delegation of the Viet Nam People’s Navy on August 17 took part in a street parade in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The event was held as part of the third ASEAN Multilateral Naval Exercise (AMNEX 3), hosted by the Royal Malaysian Navy.
