Vietnamese leaders on August 11 sent congratulatory messages to Armenian counterparts on their reappointment and election to key leadership positions in the European country.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with his Armenian counterpart Nikol Pashinyan on September 1, on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Tianjin, China.
