On the occasion of the 212th anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Norway (May 17, 1814-2026), General Secretary and President To Lam sent a congratulatory message to King Harald V on May 17.

Viet Nam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on April 17 received and worked with a delegation from Norway’s Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Fisheries led by State Secretary Ragnhild Sjoner Syrstad, and in coordination with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, signed the “Memorandum of Understanding on the Viet Nam–Norway Green Strategic Partnership”.
