Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has ordered ministries, agencies and localities to ensure the implementation of key transport projects stays on schedule and to achieve 100% disbursement of allocated investment capital, stressing that project timelines must not be delayed or adjusted without legitimate objective reasons.

The National Assembly (NA) on August 7 is set to discuss a draft resolution introducing special mechanisms and policies to remove bottlenecks in projects serving the APEC Economic Leaders' Week 2027 in the Phu Quoc Special Zone in An Giang province, aiming to ensure construction stays on schedule for the international event.
