In Viet Nam, the foreign language proficiency of pupils and students has been increasingly improved. However, the implementation of English teaching and learning has not fully met requirements. Therefore, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2371/QD-TTg on October 27, 2025, approving the Project “Introducing English as a second language in schools for the 2025–2035 period, with a vision to 2045”.
