The national workshop “Technological solutions for implementing the policy of making English a second language in education” highlighted the strategic role of technology, especially artificial intelligence, in transforming teaching, learning and assessment, while promoting coordination among the State, educational institutions and enterprises to build a modern, effective bilingual education ecosystem.
