Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called for the mobilisation of the strength and resources of the entire nation and society to drive economic development as a whole, including the private sector, with the aim of delivering both material and spiritual benefits to the people.

Despite a relatively high number of newly registered enterprises each year, the number of businesses ceasing operations or dissolving is also significant. The goal has been set, yet the path ahead remains full of challenges.

The Minister of Construction has requested VinSpeed High-Speed Rail Investment and Development JSC and Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (Thaco) to complete documents seeking approval of their proposals to invest in the North-South high-speed railway.

Amid the growing optimism of the business community following the issuance of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW by the Politburo on 4 May 2025 on the development of the private sector economy, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a dialogue with businesses on May 31 to effectively implement this resolution.
