The Government has issued Resolution No. 105 on the action programme to implement Conclusion No. 210 of the 13th Party Central Committee, setting out requirements to streamline the education system, from limiting the number of public colleges in each locality at no more than three to reviewing, merging or dissolving ineffective training institutions.

In recent years, Ha Noi has prioritised resources such as funding and land allocation, while also removing barriers to invest in the construction and expansion of its school network. These efforts aim to address the shortage of schools and classrooms, gradually meeting the growing educational needs of students in the capital.
