The second session of the 16th National Assembly (NA) opened in Ha Noi on October 17, with NA President Tran Thanh Man calling for continued institutional reform, high-quality legislation and effective policy decisions to unlock resources and accelerate the country’s rapid and sustainable development.

The 16th National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee convened its second session on May 11, following the success of the first sitting of the 16th legislature.
