The Supreme People’s Court has achieved higher rates of case resolution while navigating organisational reforms, Chief Justice Le Minh Tri told the National Assembly at its tenth session on October 20.

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on June 24 afternoon approved in principle an ordinance amending and supplementing several provisions of six ordinances relating to the jurisdiction of the People’s Courts and relevant agencies.

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee kicked off its 15th meeting in Hanoi on September 12, with a focus on the parliament and committee’s supervisory activities and preparations for the NA’s fourth session.
