The total state budget revenue in Ha Noi for the first half of 2025 is estimated at 392.1 trillion VND, fulfilling 76.3% of the annual target and marking a 51.4% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The city is actively implementing a wide range of measures to successfully accomplish this year’s budget revenue targets.

From July 1st, 2025, the tax sector has operated under a two-tier local administration model (provincial–communal) and apply personal identification numbers (PINs) instead of tax codes. These are two major pillars of reform in the process of building an e-Government and a national digital finance system.
