Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau has called on Viet Nam National University, Ha Noi (VNU) and China’s Tsinghua University to deepen cooperation in high-quality human resources development, scientific research, innovation and technology transfer at a meeting with representatives of the two universities in Ha Noi on November 3.
