On the evening of December 13, at the Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian street, the Ministry of Science and Technology, in coordination with the Ha Noi People’s Committee, organised the opening ceremony of the National Innovation Startup Festival 2025 (TechFest Viet Nam 2025) under the theme “Innovation for All – A New Growth Driver”.

Viet Nam has emerged as an appealing destination for technology investment in Southeast Asia, according to the Viet Nam Innovation Startup Ecosystem Report 2025 announced by the Ministry of Science and Technology on December 12 on the sidelines of TECHFEST Viet Nam 2025.

Viet Nam will become an attractive destination for technology talent and innovative startup communities from the region and around the world, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasised at the opening ceremony of TechFest Vietnam 2025 in Ha Noi on December 13 evening.
