Tay Ninh is building an “all-people national defence” posture integrated with a “people’s security” posture; strengthening a border characterised by peace, friendship, and cooperation; and enhancing efforts in foreign affairs, internal governance, and the prevention of corruption and negative practices — all to ensure a stable environment for the new era.
