Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra on July 1 stressed the need to further modernise governance methods and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrations at all levels as Viet Nam continues to refine its political system and three-tier administration model.

The Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee convened a conference in Ha Noi on July 1 to review the one-year implementation of the overall organisational model of the political system and the three-tier administration model.
