The Permanent Mission of Viet Nam in Geneva has recently organised a hybrid seminar on new developments in US tariff policy.

A major step has just been made in Viet Nam–US trade relations, as Vietnamese businesses signed 20 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to import agricultural products from the US, with a total estimated value of up to 3 billion USD.

The socio-economic situation has improved month by month, with results during the first five months of 2025 outperforming those in the same period last year across all sectors, according to PM Pham Minh Chinh.
