Nearly three years after the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Viet Nam Trade Union Congress, trade unions at all levels have effectively fulfilled their representative role and their function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. These efforts have affirmed the core role of the trade union organisation in building a modern and strong working class and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
