Many prestigious newspapers in Argentina have highlighted the significance of Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue ’s official visits to Cuba, Argentina and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay from April 18-28.
The year 2023 marks a special milestone in Vietnam-Argentina relations, as the two countries will celebrate the 50th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties (October 25, 1973-2023) and the 13th anniversary of comprehensive partnership (2010-2023). Vietnam and Argentina are making efforts to deepen their cooperation in many fields, as well as continuing to consolidate each other's key partner roles, in the two regions of Southeast Asia and Latin America.
As Viet Nam is a long-standing and reliable partner of the German state of Thuringia, the two sides can further consolidate and expand their mutually beneficial cooperation by focusing more on agriculture and agri-tech - sectors in which Viet Nam has strengths, said Marcus Malsch, State Secretary of the Thuringian Ministry of Economy and Agriculture.
