Many prestigious newspapers in Argentina have highlighted the significance of Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue ’s official visits to Cuba, Argentina and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay from April 18-28.
The year 2023 marks a special milestone in Vietnam-Argentina relations, as the two countries will celebrate the 50th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties (October 25, 1973-2023) and the 13th anniversary of comprehensive partnership (2010-2023). Vietnam and Argentina are making efforts to deepen their cooperation in many fields, as well as continuing to consolidate each other's key partner roles, in the two regions of Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Emphasising that attracting and effectively utilising talent is a decisive factor in harnessing the intellectual potential of the Vietnamese people, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tuan, former Director of the Department of Political Education and Information, affirmed that when talented individuals are properly recognised and given opportunities to develop, they can become dedicated and virtuous talents who put their abilities at the service of society and the nation.
