President of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) Gianni Infantino has sent his congratulations to President of the Viet Nam Football Federation (VFF) Tran Quoc Tuan following the Vietnamese teams' qualification for the finals at the 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
