Among the middle-income economies that have improved their innovation rankings most rapidly since 2013, Viet Nam has recorded positive changes in innovation outputs. According to Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan, the next step will require greater investment from businesses, alongside stronger human resources and research capacity.

The top legislator called on the Viet Nam Innovation Network and experts in the RoK to share and transfer knowledge and international experience, particularly the RoK’s experience in developing, mastering and commercialising technology.
