Viet Nam and Laos have agreed to further strengthen cooperation in political theory research and personnel training, contributing to the consolidation of the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.

Viet Nam–Laos cooperation has been continuously strengthened in a comprehensive, effective, and substantive manner, remarked member of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son during his phone talks with Lao officials on July 28.
