Minister of National Defence General Phan Van Giang held talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Slovakia Robert Kaliňák in Ha Noi on November 18, during which the host suggested the two sides strengthen exchanges and establish cooperation mechanisms to enhance mutual understanding and explore measures to step up their collaboration.
