Rather than seeking opportunities in major cities or pursuing wealth through high-tech careers, many young people from Ha Tinh Province have chosen to return to their hometowns and begin entrepreneurial journeys based on agricultural products long associated with farmers’ livelihoods.

In an effort to drive the transition of crop production towards low emissions, climate adaptation, higher productivity and improved livelihoods, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has officially announced the scheme titled “Low-Emission Crop Production for the 2025–2035 period, with a vision to 2050”.
