Leveraging internal strengths while attracting and efficiently deploying investment capital, particularly foreign direct investment (FDI), has provided a strong impetus for high GRDP growth in a number of localities in 2025.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on December 16 called on Japan’s Tochigi prefecture to promote more substantive and comprehensive cooperation with Vietnamese localities, particularly through practical projects that maximise each side’s strengths and potential.

There remains huge potential for Viet Nam’s Ninh Binh province and Polish localities to boost cooperation in socio-economic development, technology, and telecommunications, said Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski.
