Strengthening exchanges between the National Assemblies of Viet Nam and the Republic of Korea (RoK) is important to ensuring that people’s voices and interests are reflected in bilateral relations, said Professor Park Yeon Kwan, Head of the Department of Vietnamese at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
