Viet Nam wants to build an international environment where differences are addressed through dialogue and cooperation rather than confrontation, and calls on countries to work together to safeguard peace, strengthen solidarity, promote shared development and build a strong and effective multilateral system capable of responding to global challenges.

The MoU, which sets out a comprehensive framework for IP cooperation, covers a wide range of areas from policy and legislative development to raising awareness, training human resources, supporting enterprises, and strengthening the capacity of Viet Nam’s IP authority.

Viet Nam continues to rank 44th among the 139 economies in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2025, according to the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
