The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced Monday that the 2026 Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel has been awarded to Robert E. Hall and Michael Woodford for "microeconomic foundations of macroeconomic stabilisation."
