Prime Minister visits, works with Viet Nam's leading oil and gas partner in Russia
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 24 afternoon (local time) visited and held a working session with leading officials of Zarubezhneft, a long-standing and leading partner of Viet Nam in the oil and gas sector, as part of his official visit to Russia.
