Khoi stated that Vietnam always wishes to continue further cultivating the Vietnam-Laos great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation.
He affirmed that the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia will continue working with the Lao Embassy to make contributions to the relationship between the two countries.
For his part, Lao Deputy Ambassador Vongvilay Thipphalangsy thanked the Vietnamese Embassy delegation for its congratulations and expressed his delight at the close ties between the two countries and especially the two embassies.
He shared with the Vietnamese diplomat about the achievements that Laos has recorded in recent years while expressing his impression at the notable achievements of Vietnam.
