The programme featured artworks to pay gratitude and sincere thanks to the leaders of the Party, State and the Ministry of Public Security for their interest in the People's Public Security force in general and the Mobile Police force in particular; as well as contributed to spreading the enthusiastic emulation spirit among the officers and soldiers in the entire force.
The programme also aimed to pay tribute to the generations of senior cadres and fallen, wounded and sick soldiers of the People's Public Security force who have sacrificed themselves for the nation’s independence, freedom, peace and reunification as well as for the cause of protecting the Party and leaders.
