The grand finale of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, on September 29.
With a height of 1.75m and body measurements of 83-60-94cm, Bui Quynh Hoa, an experienced contestant, was crowned Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, bagged a gold medal at the Vietnam Supermodel 2018 contest, and entered the top 10 Miss Universe Vietnam 2022.
She also represented Vietnam at the Supermodel International 2022 pageant held in Thailand, where she was crowned as the winner.
Currently, she is studying directing at Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema.
Nguyen Thi Huong Ly, from Gia Lai province, was named the first runner-up, while Trinh Thi Hong Dang, a representative from Ho Chi Minh City, was the second runner-up.

The top five included Emma Le, Lydie Vu, Pham Anh Thu, Bui Quynh Hoa and Nguyen Thi Huong Ly. Trinh Thi Hong Dang was ranked in the Top 6, as voted by the audience as the most loved contestant.

Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Quynh Hoa received a crown worth 2.1 billion VND and will represent Vietnam in the Miss Universe contest in November, in El Salvador.
