Organised by the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA), the event attracted the participation of 400 booths of nearly 1,000 cooperatives from 63 provinces and cities across the country, and representatives from some international organisations and more than 40 enterprises.
The fair aims to promote and introduce the products, goods, and services of the cooperatives and respond to the “Vietnamese people prioritise using Vietnamese goods” campaign.
It is also expected to create an opportunity for trade cooperatives to exchange experiences, and business and investment opportunities, and to sign new contracts.
The three-day event will feature a number of sideline activities such as workshops on promoting links between cooperatives ad enterprises, an exhibition on organic and hi-tech products, and other trade promotion activities.
