The programme is co-organised by the Hanoi Promotion Agency and the city Department of Industry and Trade.
The programme will include a sales promotion month, a tourism promotion day, a golden week for customers, and a voting programme on the favourite made-in-Vietnam goods.
Visitors at the programme will have access to a wide range of products at discounted prices of 20% to 50%.
The previous event in 2017 attracted 500 retailers and businesses in Hanoi, who offered customers discounted products at around 1,000 locations in both the urban and rural areas of the capital city.
