The ministry said that the equitisation and divestment of SOEs has yet to meet the set targets.

In the first two quarters of this year, only six SOEs have been approved by the authorities to carry out equitisation meanwhile the Government set the target of equitising 18 SOEs in 2019.

The Ministry of Finance said that it will continue to complete institution and legal framework on SOEs to promote the restructuring and equitisation of SOEs while SOEs should quickly carry out equitisation plans as approved.

Enterprises which delayed the listing on the stock market will be made public and be fined, the ministry said.
