The annual event, organised by the Diplomatic Spouses' Association (DSA) in the Czech Republic, aims to raise funds for charitable activities in the resident country, and enhance the friendship, solidarity and mutual understanding among countries.

This year’s fair provided an opportunity for visitors to buy special and unique products and savour traditional foods of 50 countries from across the world.

In particular, this year's festival was attended by Monika Babišová, who is the wife of Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis.

The wife of the Ambassador of Albania Nevila Kuka, who is Chairman of the DSA in the Czech Republic in 2019, highly appreciated Vietnam's participation in the annual fair.

The Prague International Christmas Fair has become a prestigious event, attracting the participation of thousands of visitors and bringing the opportunity to experience the rich diversity of culture from all over the world. Visitors not only have a chance to experience the culture of European countries such as France, Greece or Portugal but also from Asia, Africa or the Americas. They can also buy products from Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Mexico, South Africa or Kazakhstan.

For over 20 years, the Prague International Christmas Fair has focused on connecting different cultures, and has raised more than US$3 million USD for charity projects in Czech Republic.
