He said maintaining the frequent exchanges and close contacts between the leaders of the two parties and the two countries and the two peoples has become a good tradition of China-Vietnam friendship, which was created and cultivated by Presidents Ho Chi Minh and Mao Zedong. He also expressed his pleasure at the positive trends and stable development of the bilateral relations over the past years, especially the new positioning of Vietnam-China relations, established during the visit to Vietnam by Chinese Party leader and President Xi Jinping last year.

Thanks to this new positioning, the bilateral cooperation on all channels has been vibrant since the beginning of 2024, showing the great potential and solid foundation for the relations between the two countries.
