On March 21, at Da Lat station, Lam Dong province, the Party Committee of the Saigon Railway Exploitation Branch organised the installation of a signboard for the project “Repair, renovation, and flower planting at Da Lat station”.
The project has a total flower planting area of over 2,200m2, with typical flowers of the land of thousands of flowers, Da Lat, and special flowers selected to suit the climate and soil conditions.
The flower garden is designed to be divided into small landscape areas according to the theme “Da Lat four seasons of flowers”; the paths in the flower garden are paved with stone, creating conditions for visitors to enjoy and take souvenir photos.
Head of Da Lat Station Nguyen Vo Minh Chanh informed that the project creates a new look for Da Lat station. Along with flower gardens, small landscapes, the station fence is planted with coniferous pine trees in the form of towers in the European architectural style.
The central area of the station square is designed and arranged in a circular pattern, combining colorful flowers, symmetrical with the architecture of the station, creating an attraction for visitors when coming to Da Lat station.
The project is worth nearly 500 million VND, invested by Saigon Railway Exploitation Branch, and constructed by Da Lat station.
