The conference was attended by representatives of leaders of the Organisation Committees from 14 provinces and cities including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Ha Tinh, Hung Yen, Nghe An, Bac Giang, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, and Lang Son.
From the beginning of the year, the Organisation Committees of the provinces and cities in the emulation group have actively mastered, implemented and developed the work programme of the emulation and commendation in 2023. Emulation movements have created motivation for collectives and individuals to ensure the quality and progress of their assigned tasks.
The units in the groups have advised the Standing Party Committees to issue 107 documents on Party organisation and building work, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency.
The Organisational Committees of the provinces and cities have also actively advised concretising the regulations and conclusions of the Party Central Committee on personnel work.
The review and supplementation of the planning was implemented in a timely manner, in accordance with the Politburo's regulations and the guidance of the Party Central Committee's Organisation Commission.
