Congratulatory letter sent to new foreign minister of Cambodia

On the occasion of the Supreme Personal Adviser to the King of Cambodia and First Vice President of the Senate of Cambodia Prak Sokhonn being appointed by the Cambodian National Assembly as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent a congratulatory letter on November 21.
