He asked the Ministry of Transport to draft resolutions for the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway, the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway, the Chau Doc-Can Tho-Soc Trang Expressway and the Ho Chi Minh Highway.
At the same time, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has been tasked with working with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to formulate resolutions on the capital city’s fourth ring road and Ho Chi Minh City’s third ring road respectively.
Such documents must be presented to the government within ten days of the National Assembly’s promulgation of resolutions on such projects.
