Accordingly, in the coming time, the two sides will cooperate in propagating and disseminating information about e-commerce and digital transformation for officials, members and young people; implementing orientation and vocational education programmes on e-commerce to improve vocational skills related to e-commerce for young people.
In particular, the two sides will launch the programme "Youth start-ups with the digital economy" to support start-up models on the digital platform, honouring individuals and groups of young people participating in the development of the digital economy. At the same time, an e-commerce platform, themed "Youth start-up with Vietnamese agricultural products and specialties" with the goal of promoting agricultural products and local specialties, will be built.
At the same time, the agreement also includes many other contents, such as the development of "Digital Standards for Digital Transformation Enterprises" and "Digital Transformation Handbook for Enterprises"; implementing the programme on developing e-commerce and digital economy in localities; coordinating on implementing programmes and activities on e-commerce and digital transformation for students; organising a "National Digital Transformation Day" as well as social security activities applying e-commerce.
The agreement sets out a number of specific goals, including: supporting 100,000 youth-owned businesses, start-ups models applying e-commerce, digital transformation; supporting 200,000 young people to apply e-commerce, digital transformation in the production and consumption of agricultural products, traditional products and local specialties; implementing activities to raise awareness of and capacity in realtion to e-commerce and digital transformation for 500,000 young people.
