The event was part of a series of activities to help enterprises enhance their competitiveness, develop e-commerce in the domestic and international markets, and apply digital technology to improve their business performance.

The event saw the participation of many leading domestic and international partners in the fields of e-commerce, logistics, finance, brand development, and digital marketing.

At the conference, iDEA and partners gave an overview of cross-border e-commerce activities in Vietnam and shared business and operation guides on international e-commerce platforms, experience in building and developing brands on digital platforms, and digital financial solutions to support manufacturers and exporters through e-commerce channels.

According to Bui Huy Hoang, an official at iDEA, importing markets hold great potential for Vietnamese goods, especially as new-generation free trade agreements become the new drivers of the Vietnamese economy.

Therefore, plenty of opportunities will open for enterprises with quality products capable of taking advantage of the markets with strong e-commerce development.

The conference is expected to help Vietnamese small and medium businesses enhance their competitiveness and adopt digital solutions when taking part in cross-border e-commerce, a potential export channel and an inevitable trend that enterprises in many countries are now following.
