Organised by the Ha Noi Youth Union, the programme is a concrete implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on “socio-economic development and innovation”; Programme No. 07 of the 17th Ha Noi Party Committee on “promoting science, technology and innovation in Ha Noi during 2021–2025 period”; and the 2025 work plan of the Capital’s Youth Union and youth movement.
The programme integrated various components such as exhibitions and displays, introducing startup models, innovative products, and digital transformation solutions from prominent enterprises, organisations and individuals.
As part of the event, a seminar on scientific applications in innovative startups and digital transformation was held, featuring experienced speakers in the fields of innovation, digital transformation and business development.
According to Tran Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Ha Noi Youth Union, the event is expected to foster the application of science and technology in startups and digital transformation, while also acting as a bridge connecting young people passionate about science and technology—as well as young startups—with investors and experts.
Through such networking activities, the programme aims to create collaboration opportunities and contribute to building an innovative startup ecosystem in Ha Noi, helping prepare the young generation to confidently enter the “New era – the era of aational advancement.”
