The 28 exhibited works are excellent designs that have just won the Top 10 Awards 2023 - an annual award under the sponsorship of the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), the Vietnam Interior Association, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM).

On the evening of June 8, a ceremony to present the Top 10 Awards 2023 took place, honouring authors and groups of authors whose architectural and interior designs not only meet functional and aesthetic needs but also creating humane and sustainable living values with a connection to nature. After six previous editions, the 2023 season attracted a record number of 363 competing projects.

According to the Organising Committee, the Top 10 Houses Awards category received 157 projects across many genres, ranging from urban housing to rural housing to housing models combined with business.
