The centre has accepted shared-use digitisation software, provided free of charge by FSI Technology Development and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, a leading Vietnamese firm in the field of digital data creation and exploitation.

This solution offers comprehensive, intelligent document digitisation and data labelling based on machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It enables continuous, uninterrupted, and non-duplicative data uploading.

The system integrates OCR, ICR, OMR, and ADRT technologies, simplifying the digitisation process and intelligent data extraction, ensuring information security and safety, and providing anytime, anywhere, multi-platform accessibility.

The solution ensures consistency, synchronisation, and cost-effectiveness in the digitisation process, while also enhancing data management capacity and laying the foundation for the development of a shared database, moving towards the creation of an open data repository to better serve citizens and businesses.

Goldsun Media Group Co., Ltd. has provided free media support via its LED/LCD screen network and WiFi Marketing platform at key locations, helping to promote information and bring the centre’s image closer to the public.

Hoang Tuan Aesthetic Centre has donated 55-inch standing screens to the centre for the public display of administrative procedures, making it easier for citizens and businesses to access information.

Teknos Vietnam Joint Stock Company has presented uniforms for all staff, officials, and employees at the centre, contributing to strengthening team spirit and promoting a professional image in service delivery.

G-Group Technology Corporation has donated the GapoWork digital working platform and a social media listening system to support the centre’s management and operational activities.

Online Mobile Services Joint Stock Company has installed an electronic speaker system at all service counters of the centre.

Nguyen Nguyen Khanh has donated one industrial A3 scanner; six computers, with monitors and accessories; and 20 HP printers to support the activities of the centre’s branches.

With the target of developing the Public Administration Service Centre into a "smart digital public service hub" and a "one-stop-shop for all administrative procedures", the handover ceremony not only held material significance but also symbolised social trust and responsibility, giving a strong boost to administrative reform and e-government building.
