The Hanoi leaders paid their respect and commemorated V.I. Lenin, an outstanding political theorist, a prominent leader of the working class around the world, defender and developer of Marxism and the founder of the Soviet State - the first worker-peasant State in the world.

The officials pledged absolute loyalty to Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought, unity and steadiness in following the path of the proletarian revolution, towards developing the capital city to be more beautiful, civilised and modern.

On the same day, leaders of Ba Dinh district, along with the capital city’s youths, agencies and organisations, also paid floral tributes to Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.
