The annual event was held in 2018 and has so far attracted 1,429 records, with 53 records presented with prizes.
The I-Star 2023 emphasises digital transformation solutions in many industries and fields, solving issues that Ho Chi Minh City is very interested in, such as administrative reform and modern urban management, smart health and education, technology solutions for smart cities, technology application solutions, and others.
The contest calls for entries in the four categories of (1) Start-up and innovative enterprises; (2) Innovation solutions; (3) The media works on innovation and start-up; (4) Startups and innovation organisations and individuals with positive contributions to the community.
The organising board will select 40 records for the final round, which will have the highest votes by the end of August 2023.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place within the framework of the 2023 Ho Chi Minh City Innovation, Startup, Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation Week (WHISE).
