On August 6, global gold prices edged up to 3,367 USD/ounce amid a weakening US dollar and a decline in US stock markets. Domestically, SJC gold bars approached the record high of 123.8 million VND per tael, while SJC gold rings remained elevated at 119.3 million VND per tael.
