Infographic: Vietnam gold prices surge despite global drop
The selling price of SJC gold bar jumped 1.19% to 85 million VND per tael on October 8, highest since the end of May, while global rates declined slightly.
Vietnamese shares rebounded strongly on 23 July, with the benchmark VN-Index gaining nearly 31 points after three consecutive sessions of declines. By the close, the VN-Index had climbed 30.85 points, or 1.85%, to 1,699.38.
